This tartelette is made to be used upside down, revealing every ridge along the sides for a more defined and detailed presentation. By reversing the shape, you avoid the common issue where the expanding form hides the side texture.

The result is a cleaner, more visible structure that highlights the full design of the tartelette on the plate.
