1. Shipping Costs
Within the Netherlands
- Letterbox packages (tuile molds & stencils): €4.25
- Larger packages (such as 3D molds): €6.00
- Free shipping on orders over €75! (Only within Europe)
- Delivery time: 2-5 business days
European countries
- Shipping costs vary depending on the country and package size.
- Delivery time: 3-7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
2. Delivery Times
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are usually processed and shipped the same day. However, since all our products are handmade and we maintain only a small stock, there may be occasions where an order cannot be shipped the same day even if placed before 3:00 PM.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or during the weekend are processed on the next business day.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods
We ship with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, and UPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.
4. International Shipping
We ship to various European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Missed Delivery
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt to deliver the package to your neighbors or schedule a second delivery attempt. You will receive a notification via email or a note in your mailbox.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us as soon as possible at Info@toolculinair.com We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
