Returns & Refund Policy

At toolculinair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day voluntary return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This voluntary policy is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
• Be clean and free from food residues, odors, or other signs of use.
• Include proof of purchase.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@toolculinair.com. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, including custom silicone molds (2D and 3D), custom stencils, and other made-to-order products.
• Gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for a return, please contact us before submitting your request.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union and you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the last item of your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision within the 14-day withdrawal period by submitting a return request through https://account.toolculinair.com or by contacting us at info@toolculinair.com.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Products that are custom-made or clearly personalized are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable European consumer legislation.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, we will also reimburse the standard shipping costs of your original order. Any additional costs resulting from selecting a delivery method other than our standard shipping option will not be refunded.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process your refund.

Business Orders

The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to consumers.

Orders placed by businesses or professional customers are not eligible for cancellation or return unless otherwise agreed in writing.
