Pyrus silicone tuile mold
Developed in collaboration with Michael Corpel from Restaurant De Moerbei, this pear-shaped silicone tuile mold combines clean lines and organic curves.
Fun fact: Pyrus is Latin for “pear.” Pears have been cultivated since around 3000–2000 BCE and are among the oldest cultivated fruits.

Our Silicone Tuile Molds are carefully handcrafted, resulting in a unique and high-quality finish. The mold is intentionally made thinner for easier removal of the tuiles, making it exceptionally practical to use. Made from the highest quality food-safe silicone, this mold is completely free of harmful substances. Additionally, the mold is resistant to temperatures up to 200°C and suitable for use in the blast freezer, making it versatile for both hot and cold preparations.
