Maybe you’ve done it before, placing tuiles over a bowl and returning them to the oven for a few minutes to get that nice rounded shape. We’ve come up with something new and we call them Tuile Shapers.
Take your tuiles out of the oven halfway through the baking process and while they’re still pliable, place them over your Tuile Shaper. Then put them back in the oven and let gravity do its work, watching as your tuiles conform perfectly to the shape of the silicone.
Each Tuile Shaper has its own set of tuile molds that fit perfectly together. Check which series your Tuile Shaper belongs to and match it with the corresponding silicone tuile molds.
