Chocolate tuile recipe

Ingredients:

  • 60g egg whites
  • 40g neutral oil
  • 12g butter
  • 50g sugar
  • 25g flour
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F) with fan.
  2. Melt the butter and then add it together with the rest of the ingredients to a measuring jug. Use a hand blender to mix everything until smooth.
  3. Fill a silicone tuile mold from ToolCulinair with the mixture.
  4. Bake for 6-7 minutes.
  5. Let the tuiles cool before removing them from the mold.

Extra Tip:

For easier removal of the tuiles from the mold, use baking spray before filling the mold.
