Parmesan tuile recipe

Ingredients:

  • 37g egg whites
  • 30g flour
  • 3g sugar
  • 2g salt
  • 5g neutral oil
  • 25g finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 30g melted butter
  • Turmeric or curry powder (optional, for color)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) with fan.
  2. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
  3. Add all the ingredients, including the optional turmeric or curry powder, into a measuring jug. Blend everything together with a hand blender until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Use a silicone tuile mold from ToolCulinair and fill the cavities with the batter.
  5. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
  6. Let the tuiles cool fully before removing them from the mold.
