Ingredients:
- 37g egg whites
- 30g flour
- 3g sugar
- 2g salt
- 5g neutral oil
- 25g finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 30g melted butter
- Turmeric or curry powder (optional, for color)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) with fan.
- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
- Add all the ingredients, including the optional turmeric or curry powder, into a measuring jug. Blend everything together with a hand blender until the mixture is smooth.
- Use a silicone tuile mold from ToolCulinair and fill the cavities with the batter.
- Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Let the tuiles cool fully before removing them from the mold.
