Maple syrup tuile recipe (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients:
  • 100g buckwheat flour (gluten-free)
  • 100g egg whites
  • 100g sunflower oil
  • 100g maple syrup 
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 155°C (311°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the buckwheat flour, egg whites, sunflower oil, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Use a hand blender to mix everything into a smooth batter, perfect for making tuiles.
  4. Pour the batter into your silicone tuile mold and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 7 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. Let the tuiles cool fully before carefully removing them from the mold.
